EndNote

Purpose

EndNote is reference management software that lives on your computer.

EndNote Basic is a free online tool that lets you collect references from a variety of sources, organize the references, and format a bibliography as the paper is written.  The tool can be used with many citation formats.

The full version of EndNote is available for your office computer because the University of the South has purchased a subscription to EndNote (version X8). Please contact the Help Desk to request this software. (931) 598-1369

EndNote Basic offers some of the same features and does not require downloading any software. It will require that you create an online account.
