Google Scholar is a free web search engine that indexes scholarly literature across various disciplines. Released in November 2004, the Google Scholar index includes most peer-reviewed online academic journals and books. Google Scholar can be customize to send topical alerts. Its RSS (Rich Site Summary) feed service uses a family of standard web feed formats to publish frequently updated information from blog entries, news headlines, audio, video.
JournalTOCs JournalTOCs is the biggest searchable collection of scholarly journal Tables of Contents (TOCs). It contains articles' metadata of TOCs for over 28,509 journals, directly collected from over 2743 publishers. Once a subscriber, the used can customize his/her sources and receive regular emails containing the desired table of contents.
BrowZine is a mobile app for tablets and smart phones that allows users to access and browse e-journals from different publishers in one simple interface.
