Find Examples of Close Reading

You can find examples of scholars reading texts very carefully and writing short interpretations of the texts. Review articles in this literary journal for good models of style and substance to follow for your papers.

1.  Go to The Explicator journal

2. At the top of the screen, the search box is ready to search "within this journal."

3. Search the title of the work and the author's name to find examples of these close readings.
