American English Dialect Recordings: The Center for Applied Linguistics Collection
As described by the Library of Congress, "The Center for Applied Linguistics Collection contains 118 hours of recordings documenting North American English dialects. The recordings include speech samples, linguistic interviews, oral histories, conversations, and excerpts from public speeches."
Linguistics Data Consortium
The Linguistic Data Consortium supports language-related education, research and technology development by creating and sharing linguistic resources: data, tools and standards.
Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics
The Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics is an institute of the German Max Planck Society. As noted on their web site, their mission is to "undertake basic research into the psychological,social and biological foundations of language. The goal is to understand how our minds and brains process language, how language interacts with other aspects of mind, and how we can learn languages of quite different types."
OLAC:Open Language Archives Community
"OLAC, the Open Language Archives Community, is an international partnership of institutions and individuals who are creating a worldwide virtual library of language resources by: (i) developing consensus on best current practice for the digital archiving of language resources, and (ii) developing a network of interoperating repositories and services for housing and accessing such resources"
