University Archives and Special Collections provides an array of duplication and scanning services for patrons. Though we strive to fulfill requests as quickly as possible, there may be times when requests cannot be fulfilled the same day. Charges must be paid in full prior to receiving services.

Simple Scans and Photocopies

• Students/Faculty/Staff - $.10/page (first ten scans free for students)
• Patrons not affiliated with Sewanee - $.25/page

Complex Scans

• Students/Faculty/Staff - $1.00/page
• Patrons not affiliated with Sewanee - $5.00/page

Use Fees

• Single use for patrons non-university, commercial publication - $25.00/image

Shipping Charges

• $2.50 / per order up to 50 pages
• Additional charges will apply for international shipping
