Using Scopus to Find Citations

When doing a lit review, it's important to know whether you're finding the main part of the conversation on your topic. Scopus helps us see how many citations a book or article has, and therefore how much attention it has gotten in the field. This gives us important information about the relationships between scholarly sources and helps to distinguish main articles from fringe articles.

Scopus can be tricky to get into. If you're having trouble signing in, you can use the directions in this guide (created specifically for users at Sewanee).
