Research for books

The duPont Library online catalog leads to resources available through the library.  Books having to do with theology and related areas are interspersed thoughout the entire library, with most being classified in the Library of Congress section B-BX.

WorldCat is an international database of books and other materials.  When books needed are not found in duPont, a search of WorldCat shows the nearest location.  A WorldCat search can be used as part of the Interlibrary Loan process.

Google Books leads to millions of books on the Internet.  More recent publications appear in an abridged format.

Sewanee DSpace is a digital repository of papers published by the Sewanee community, including Master's and Doctoral Theses from School of Theology students.

ATLA

Combines the premier index to journal articles, book reviews, and collections of essays in all fields of religion with the full text of ATLA's online collection of major religion and theology journals. Coverage begins in 1908 although indexing for some journal titles extends earlier.
